With 26 years of Sleep Truth-Telling, I’m not a doctor in a lab coat — I’m the guy who’s been on the front lines for over two decades, listening to real people, real problems, and finding real solutions. While sleep experts run tests, I’ve run the floor — day in and day out — hearing everything from snoring battles to back pain blues.
I’ve fitted more bodies to better sleep than most clinicians ever will. My PhD? People. My specialty? Turning tired into transformed. If sleep had a street corner, I’ve walked it.
